The 1781 Kasa League, officially 1781 PFA Kasa League or Travelista Kasa League for sponsorship reason is the second edition of the new top level domestic league in Pemecutan. Pesetih Titih is the title holder of the previous season. This edition has a small change with the new addition of club from Soracana Islands.

As with previous season, top 4 of Kasa League will be eligible for qualification of regional and international league. IFCF Champions League, IFCF Challenger's Cup, FFI Liga dos Vencedores and CMFA Champions League are the competitions that will be entered by those top 4.

Pesetih Titih successfully defend their title. They are also setting a record for the most goal scored in a single season with 96 goal in total. Soracanian club, Nilayam United is also success to reached top 4 in their first campaign. Pescam Campuhan is also back to the top tier as they are finished 3rd. Sadly, last season 4th place, Parsewi Mengwi have to be relegated after only finished at 17th place.

Teams

Eighteen teams will be competing in the league. Four new clubs are entering Kasa League this season. Three of them are promoted clubs from Karo League and the other one is a new club from Soracana Islands as the regional association is officially merging with PFA. These new clubs are Pesetilan Petilan, Pesjem Jematang, Pesat Satria and Nilayam United. They are replacing Peseton Tonja, Peseguyang Peguyangan, Pesemam Mambal and Parsenggu Canggu.
