The 4th CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup was the fourth edition of CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup which organised by CMFA. The tournament was held in Soracana Islands. It was won by Ziwana, who beat Soracana Islands 2-1 in full time match. The competition was entered by 12 countries, the first decreased from the second edition. Nine countries from previous edition reenter in this edition with the addition of 3 newcomer.

Bid Process

Two bids came before the deadline, Pemecutan and Soracana Islands. Both are neighboring countries. Each of CMFA members put their votes to determine the host.

Qualification

All CMFA members are eligible to enter into the competition without any qualification round proceeding the main competition. Non-members are also being invited by the officials for a higher participation. At the end, 12 nations were confirmed their participation in this edition. All of the participants are CMFA members. No invited members or non-members that joined the competition this time. Nine nations from previous edition that entered in this edition. It is the third time that a defending champion didn't enter the next edition of the competition.
