History
Population density has led the Kayangan government at that time to raise funds to set up a condom manufacturing company for the local market. The Black Book project was launched in early 98 to reduce pregnancy rates among residents and among its initiatives to establish Ohsem Health Ltd.
Ohsem's condoms are distributed free of charge to each community through the Government-sponsored Charity Project and Ohsem Health Ltd.
